Onyx is a very fragile stone; it can take up to 10 days to complete the carving of each bowl. When shipping the bowl, it will be shipped with a foam insert, if the product is damaged after opening, you MUST have the box and send us pictures for credit/review.

Ship dates vary by order and are subject to change. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number for you to conveniently track your order. The estimated transit times below represent the approximate amount of time that your order will be in transit after it leaves the warehouse:

Parcel orders shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS are on average delivered in 3-7 business days after the order leaves the warehouse.
Freight orders with White Glove for most furniture are on average delivered in 4-6 weeks after the order leaves the warehouse.
